This is a page I made back in 2000 when I installed a Davis weather station on my house. The station is still deployed and working, but the computer interface never worked reliably. I suspect that David now has decent software than runs under Max OS X, but I've not kept up.

GPS Page

This is my old GPS page, also dating from around 2000. I no longer have a GPS unit installed in my current vehicle, but GPS navigation devices are much more common than they were five years ago. It's a real shame that most (all?) airlines no longer permit GPS use by passengers, although if the airlines begin allowing cell phone use I just don't see why they'd continue to ban a passive device like a GPS receiver. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens next.
